Carrot juice recipe
1 bag of organic carrots (2-5lbs) Yields 24-32 oz (with a Champion Juicer)
- Rinse all the carrots in sink full of water- enough to cover the carrots.
- Top and tail your carrots- cut about 1-2" off or so.
- Run the carrots through your juicer
- Enjoy! Your fresh carrot juice.
- Juice using organic fruits and vegetables whenever you can- you don't want a mega dose of pesticides, chemicals and herbicides in your juice!
- I don't drink my juice drink through a straw. Your salivary glands aid in the digestion process- it is best to drink your juice slowly and "chew" your juice.
Love this!! My favorite juicing recipe is about 5 carrots, half a beetroot and about 4apples. It has a number of health benefits as well...to many to write about, but just google these 3 ingredients and you will find it. Have fun juicing!!! :)
